The 2023 Mahindra XUV300 Sportz variant will be the top-spec model in the XUV300 lineup. The new model will come with a gloss black finish on the grille, outside rear view mirror and roof. The spotted model has red stripes on the air dam and ‘Twin Peaks’ logo. It is finished in a new mustard exterior paint. The new variant will ride on the same 16-inch dual-tone wheels. However, the concept presented at the Auto Expo 2022 was equipped with 17-inch wheels.

The 2023 Mahindra XUV300 Sportz variant is also expected to get some changes to compliment the sportier exterior. It is likely to come with a black interior with contrasting red inserts. The new model is likely to be equipped with features like dual-zone climate control, electric sunroof, cruise control, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity, rain-sensing wipers, six airbags, all-4 disc brakes and front end. . It will be powered by a more powerful 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine capable of producing 130PS and 230Nm of torque. This is 10PS and 30Nm more than the current iteration of the 1.2L turbo-petrol. A six-speed manual gearbox that sends power to the front wheels will come as standard.
The report claims that the new Mahindra XUV300 TGDI Sportz variant could cost around Rs 50,000 more than the regular petrol-powered variants. It is likely to cost around Rs 12 lakh. The new model will take on the likes of the Hyundai Venue N Line, a sportier version of the Venue compact SUV.
