Disgruntled Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore continued to vent his frustrations as he lashed out at Zach Wilson and New York’s offensive coaching staff.
After the team’s 22-17 loss to the Patriots on Sunday, Moore was asked about his chemistry with the Jets’ second-year QB. His answer was short and to the point:
I don’t get the ball. I do not know.
Moore was targeted just once on Sunday in his first game since requesting a team change a few weeks ago.
The former second-round pick has been very unhappy with the public when it comes to his role in New York’s offense.
Robert Saleh and others did their best to put out the fire, saying they wanted Moore to be a Jet and looked forward to his contribution. But something is clearly wrong.
On the year, Moore recorded 16 catches and 211 yards.
