‘I know Ross Wilson at Rangers’ – Sean Dyche welcomes Ibrox | Tech US News


SEAN DYCHE has opened up about his relationship with Ross Wilson amid speculation linking him with a job at Rangers.

Current coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst is under a lot of pressure due to poor performances at home and in Europe.

Dyche has been touted as a potential successor to the Dutchman after he was sacked by Burnley seven months ago.

The Englishman worked with Ibrox sporting director Wilson during his time at Watford and was asked about their relationship on talkSPORT today.

He said: ‚ÄúThere is a window of opportunity (for the Premier League) and I think I’m still in it.

“People say I’ve been out for seven months, but when you consider that three months were off-season, it’s like four active months.

“I have a window of opportunity in the Premier League. If I can do it then great, if not I’ll have to broaden my horizons.

“I know Ross Wilson at Rangers and if he wanted to invite me to an Old Firm derby – I’ve never been – then I should. I’ve heard so many stories and I’d love to do it. work with Ross at Watford.”
