Mahindra & Mahindra Limited announced its partnership with CSC Grameen eStore, a Government of India initiative. As part of this association, the CSC Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) network will act as M&M touch points in over 7 lakh villages across India, further assisting in the inquiry and procurement process and Easements will arise.

Customers can visit their nearest CSC VLE store to inquire about select Mahindra vehicles, namely Bolero, Bolero New, Scorpio, XUV 300, Marazzo, Bolero Pickup and Bolero Maxi Truck.

The information will be digitally processed by the VLE for test drive and/or delivery to an authorized Mahindra dealer.

The company said that Mahindra is increasingly focusing on digital solutions and believes that the availability of skilled VLEs will provide the convenience and comfort required by customers in rural India and make the purchasing process more efficient.

The partnership will leverage CSC Grameen’s digital platform to facilitate real-time online lead transfer of Mahindra vehicle inquiries and leads from rural areas to M&M.

Using CSC’s path-breaking digital tools, Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) will explain product features to consumers and share purchase intent with M&M for further action through authorized Mahindra dealers. will
