The Oppo A17 arrived in South-East Asia earlier this year, and now the affordable smartphone is hitting Europe. The Helio G35-powered device was found in the Netherlands with a price tag of €179 in two colors – Blue and Black; The Orange design is still exclusive in India for now.
The A17 is an entry-level phone with a 720p screen and a 5MP selfie shooter in the pool. There is a 50MP camera on the back, assisted by a 2MP depth sensor for better shots.
One feature that will make you rub your eyes in disbelief is the micro USB port for charging the 5,000 mAh battery. However, it brings Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1 on top, with a fingerprint sensor, embedded in the power key.

Oppo A17 can be found now at the Dutch division of Mediamarkt, as well as other major retailers, although it is not listed on Oppo Netherlands. The color options are blue and black, and everyone who orders today can receive their smartphone as early as tomorrow.
