According to reports, Oppo will soon start a “marathon” of advertising. The company will present the Oppo Reno 9 series, Oppo Find N2 and N2 Flip, and also the new Oppo A98 5G. Premium quality products should be available in December. Oppo Reno 9 series is set to bring vanilla, Reno 9 Pro, and Pro+ variant. The Oppo Reno 9 passed through the Bluetooth SIG database with the model number PHM110. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth SIG isn’t the most revealing of certifications. It recognizes the model number, and obviously, carries information on Bluetooth technology. That said, Oppo Reno 9 will provide support for Bluetooth 5.2.

Thanks to the leaks, we can draw a good picture of the Oppo Reno 9. The new phone will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. It will match devices like Motorola Edge 30 5G and Nothing Phone (1) 5G which are some of the few devices with this SoC. The phone will carry up to 12 GB of RAM and we expect up to 256 GB of Internal Storage. According to the leak, the company will keep the battery with a capacity of 4,500 mAh while the charging time will also be 67W. We may see improvements in this, but only in Pro variants.

Oppo Reno 9 will also carry a 6.7-inch Full HD + OLED screen with a punch-hole and 120 Hz refresh rate. That is an improvement over the Oppo Reno 8. The mid-2022 model has a 6.55-inch OLED screen and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The phone will likely pick up the fingerprint in the screen scanner. Some rumors point to the use of a curved panel, which would be a first for the vanilla series. Moving to the back, the company will bring a triple camera with 64 MP OmniVision OV64B shooter. The other sensors are still a mystery, but we’re guessing at ultrawide snapper and macro/depth. For selfies, Oppo will hold a 32 MP camera.
