It is expected that the OPPO Reno9 series will be unveiled at the end of November. While the company hasn’t announced the date before, a new leak from TechGoing that appeared on Weibo reveals the new upcoming Reno10 series.
OPPO announced the Reno 10x Zoom smartphone in April 2019. It has a beautiful all-screen display with a unique pop-up camera module. The device’s periscope zoom camera, which has 5x optical zoom and 10x hybrid zoom, is, however, its main selling point.
The company later that year presented the vanilla OPPO Reno2. Since then, he has introduced many Reno phones. None of them, however, were packing periscope zoom cameras. It seems that OPPO will finally reprise the role of the upcoming Reno10 line.

“Do you want a periscope for the Reno series super cup?” Tipster Digital Chat Station can be seen asking his followers on Weibo in the screenshot. He added that the periscope zoom camera will not be included in the Reno9 series, which is expected to make its debut this month in China.

Another tipper claims that the periscope camera will be added back to the Reno series of the Reno10 lineup, which is scheduled to be unveiled in the second half of 2023. In particular, the “super-cup” (literally) one edition will be the only home for the periscope camera. The super cup in this case alludes to the top model in the line, which may be the OPPO Reno10 Pro Plus. According to a previous Weibo post from the same leakster, the Reno10 Pro+ will reportedly have a 2x optical zoom. Currently, there are no details, however, about the OPPO Reno10 lineup of smartphones.
