ECA assessment for NSS and NCC will be awarded on the basis of certificates. The official said that if there is a discrepancy in the dates for candidates appearing in more than one ECA category, no date change request will be entertained for those categories where only one trial date is mentioned. Candidates can apply in a maximum of three categories. However, entry will only be available through one. “For other categories, a candidate can apply for a change of date only from among the available dates for attempts of a given category or sub-category of ECA by proposing some other relevant dates,” the university said.

The official said that the candidates should report half an hour before the test date to attend and sign the marks obtained from the certificate evaluation.

“Since these are personal tests, the dates given may sometimes differ due to unavoidable circumstances. We therefore advise candidates to make appropriate arrangements for food, water, possible medicines, etc. for a longer period of time than planned,” said the official.
