Over the years, the Mahindra Bolero has been a major contributor to the company’s sales in India. In May 2022, the Bolero emerged as the best-selling model for the company with sales of 8,767 units as against 3,517 units sold in May 2021, thereby increasing by 149%.
Mahindra XUV700
The XUV700 took second place with sales of 5,069 units in May 2022. Currently, depending on the variant, the XUV700 attracts a waiting period of over a year. Delivery timelines have been significantly impacted due to shortages in the supply of semiconductors. Mahindra XUV300
The XUV300 missed out on second place by just 47 units! The company sold 5,022 units of the XUV300 in May 2022 as against only 251 units sold in the same period last year, thus registering a strong growth of 1901 percent. That said, it is worth noting that operations were significantly impacted in May 2021 due to disruptions related to COVID-19.
