Anand Mahindra was mentioned in a video shared by someone on Twitter demonstrating the “power of Mahindra”. In the footage, a Mahindra truck can be seen driving through an area that is prone to landslides. No serious damage was done as a large rock hit the hood of the truck. The user video is seen highlighting the power of Mahindra vehicles. The Mahindra Group chairman, though, seemed unimpressed.

According to GNCAP crash test ratings, some Mahindra vehicles are among the safest vehicles made in India. These include Mahindra Marazzo, Mahindra Thar, Mahindra XUV300 and Mahindra XUV700. While the Mahindra XUV700 and Mahindra XUV300 have received five-star ratings, the Marazzo and Thar have received four-star ratings.

Anand Mahindra, however, was not worried about the power of Mahindra vehicles. He was more concerned about the safety of passengers. “Oh my God,” the billionaire businessman exclaimed after watching the video.
“The people in that car were blessed. Why on earth were they going that way? Wasn’t a warning issued?” He added.

One user wrote that, although it was not clear why there were no warning signs, it seems the truck driver had as much faith in Mahindra as in God. According to another user, people do not pay attention to warnings issued by nature or management. However, fortunately, these people were not harmed due to the “Power of Mahindra”.

According to another user, warnings are not taken seriously anywhere in India, be it hilly areas or cities. However, Mahindra is the only company in India that has given the best SUVs over the years, the user added.
